Mint and Chips Baby Sweater

April 12, 2013

The sweater I had to frog earlier in the week, is finally finished (including blocking.) I opted to make the button band smaller in lieu of actually using buttons. It flairs a tiny bit at the sleeves and bottom (which is totally what I wanted.) For constructing this on my own, it wasn’t too bad (if we ignore the frogging and the fact that it is pretty simple.) I definitely learned a lot, which is always a good thing. I love it though, and can’t wait for the wee babe it will eventually cover.

  1. That is adorable! You don’t need a confidence boost when you make something like that but two thumbs up anyway!

  2. Love this! Is this your own pattern?? I’d love to make one…

  3. It’s turned out really well – looks lovely and must surely have spurred you on to more designs? Well done!
