A simple hat for me

December 9, 2013

I cast on a hat a while ago, knitting when I had a few minutes here and there. It’s been on the needles since Thanksgiving day. The hat is a slightly smaller version of the sockhead hat that I have completed once before. This one is only around 8 inches total before I bound off.

It’s a fingering weight yarn (Kroy Sock yarn in some unknown colorway) I knit it on size 3 needles and just kind of went with the general ideas I had about the hat from the last time I knitted it.

That is an awesome hat. Which reminds me I need to knit myself my annual “Winter Hat”.

    That is super cute!

  3. That looks nice. I am creating hats myself this week – around all the other jobs!
